WHAT IS InGaAs Camera AND NIR TECHNOLOGY?

The InGaAs cameras - NIR Sorter works under special near infrared lighting and identifies the composition differences by combining multi-spectral infrared wavelengths 800-2,000nm. The different infrared waves give different reflection from PET and other non-PET(PVC, PS, PP, PE etc.) polymer. GPU processes the image data and gives order  to remove defects with the smallest signal deviations. This technology makes sorting nuts defect be more easy, even same color nuts.
